Programme 2008

Meetings are held at the Walberton Sports Pavilion, Walberton near Arundel, West Sussex commencing at 2.00pm and run until 4.00pm.

Video Projection Screen

One particular feature we have at our meetings is a video camera with projection screen and enhanced audio sound, so all attending can see and hear clearly the art demonstration in progress.

Visitors Welcome

We welcome visitors to come along for a nominal fee of £2.50 payable on the day, which includes tea and biscuits!

All of our meetings are held at the Walberton Village Sports Pavilion, Walberton near Arundel West Sussex, and start at 2.pm.

Saturday 2nd 2.00pm - 4.00pm. Marcus Finch demonstrates painting sailing ships using oils. DEMONSTRATION

MARCH

Saturday 1st 2.00pm - 4.00pm. Downland Art Society Drawing Award. Alison Milner-Gulland conducts a critique of monochrome drawings and presents the award. DRAWING AWARD

APRIL

Saturday 5th 2.00pm - 4.00pm. Lesley King demonstrates a cottage scene using inks and wax. DEMONSTRATION

Wednesday 16th 10.00am -3.00pm. Ken Ray heads this workshop. Subjects: A: Landscape B: Sky Any Medium. WORKSHOP

MAY

Saturday 3rd 2.00pm - 4.00pm. Mike Gowers demonstrates landscapes in pastel. DEMONSTRATION

Wednesday 14th 10.00am - 3.00pm. Marcus Finch heads this workshop. Subjects: A: Buildings B: Water Any Medium. WORKSHOP

Saturday 7th 2.00pm - 4.00pm. Catherine Dunn demonstrates animals using pastel. DEMONSTRATION
